I have v3.2 and load torrents stopped option is on.

so i can skip files of verify torrent w/o existing files hashfail corruption.

BUT, when even skipping some files in torrent "Files" tabs and then start checking torrent - those files are created and occupy the pre-allocated space even being skipped from the downloaded files.

So they're empty on finished download, but still exist and occupy place on disc.

I suppose skipping files should prevent their creation by default if not existing - open existing files only in CreateFile API. And fail hash check if no file exists w/o creation of skipped files and failing the same hashcheck of skipped files. Some better logic needed here on skipped files.

We DEFINETLY need this (PreAlloc option on/off do the same thing for me). Skipped files should never be created and even no re-hash for them, if we don't point to do this, never.

Also we need "skip re-hash" when downloading for instant downloading - this is essential for many users.
