doughnut Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 I've been using latest stable utorrent 1.5 with no problems but yesterday I noticed that it can't download anything anymore. I mean I add torrent file and either there is 0(0) peers or 0(some number>0) peers. That means I can't connect to anyone even when connection with tracker works. I tried many different torrents with no success. Does anyone know how can this be possible?
µtorrent-Guest Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Try a torrent from legaltorrents.comIf that work we can rule out A) Problem with your setup problem with your ISP.Then it must be a problem with the torrents/tracker u are using.
Firon Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Have you tried the OpenOffice torrent? http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/Also, what color is the status light?
doughnut Posted April 19, 2006 Author Report Posted April 19, 2006 It says:Error opening windows firewall: 0x80040154Unable to map UPnP port to 192.168.14.44:30464Status light is orange but I think that it was orange before (when utorrent worked) too.
Firon Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 http://www.utorrent.com/faq.php#What_does_Unable_to_map_UPnP_port_to_mean.3FAnd well, it should be green. Did you try the OO torrent? If you can't get any peers on it, then your ISP is blocking BT.
