Download stops at 62%

Hello

I am trying to download a 6.7 GB torrent file and despite having plenty of seeds it just stops at 62%.

I even tried using other programs but still the same problem.

I am using a cisco epc3925 router.

Any help would be appreciated.

You're sure those are seeds (with 100% of the content) or just peers (with 0% to 99.9% of the content)?

Perhaps only 62% are the max. which you can get atm because seeds are missing or the torrent is outdated.
