AVG 7 and Access is Denied

well i did some Search and FAQ about Access is Denied MSG. and it looks like this is the AVG anti-virus,

how can still run the program and not having that "Access.." without Closing the Real-Time protection?

Try turning off flush files, like it says.

ohh,

i did that and still the same problem,

dont have MSN/Google and i did all the regsvr32 /u DLL ...

when i cancel the AVG program i get no error...
