Hi all !

I downloaded a torrent file and started downloading with utorrent software , oh god but the transfer rate was just around 1.2 - 3.4 KBps .. ? I got wondered ??

this is because the light was red , it mentioned that there was some firewall behind..

So i studied the full faq and fixed the firewall thing , now the light became yellow

I again got confused why it became yellow , it mentioned that port forwarding should be done..

Again i studied the port forwarding FAQ and successfully the light became green !!!!

I was haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaappppppppppppyyyyyyy !!

But the transfer was same around 1 - 4 KBps ; I got fainted !

I took 3 hours to fix this eventhough i am getting the same slow transfer rate , but the speed is not expected as my http speed !

If i normally download any file , the normal transfer rate is 30KBps ; but here it is only around 1 - 4 KBps ..

I dont know why ??? I have disabled the firewall then why the error is coming again ??

Is this any bug ??

Don't bother telling us what you're downloading... Did you run the Speed Guide? What's the availability on the torrent? If there's no seeds, then the torrent might be dying, so it's unlikely that you're going to finish that torrent. Try looking somewhere else.

Will the transfer rate will be high if there are more number of seeds ??
