WebUI UPNP Breaking Other Apps

I am a developer for another application called CQC (Charmed Quark Controller). I have a driver that uses UPNP to communicate with another product Universal Devices ISY.

Ever since installing uTorrent 3.1.3, my driver no longer communicates with the ISY. It appears that uTorrent is wrongly replying to all UPNP SSDP Discover Queries. The query I send is below:

M-SEARCH * HTTP/1.1\r\nHOST:239.255.255.250:1900\r\nMAN:\"ssdp.discover\"\r\nMX:1\r\nST:urn:udi-com:device:X_Insteon_Lighting_Device:1

As you can see the URN is not related to uTorrent, however I get a reply from the web interface.

Is there any way to disable the UPNP response in uTorrent for the WebUI without disabling the WebUI so I can report this to my user base as a workaround?
