Downloading stuck at 0.0% eta nothing

I have been using utorrent for a year now and have never had problems, at least nothing I couldn't figure out. Now after 1 year of using utorrent I cannot get any torrent files to download. I have the correct file path, not even force start will get it to start. I reinstalled the newest version of utorrent, shut off my antivirus and I don't have a firewall so that wouldn't be an issue, and still the same problem. I am stumped, I pressed ctrl G and ran a test, says port is not open but I'm still able to download. If anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it.

What version of utorrent are you using and what windows based system. Also state anti virus and firewall as I believe they can still affect things if installed on system.
