Magnet links not working

Hi,

I'm using uTorrent 1.7.6 with Mountain Lion and I can't seem to get magnet links to work. They don't start downloading. I've been able to successfully download with torrents but not magnet links. I am using the BTGuard proxy server. Please help.

Yes, BTGuard supports UDP traffic, SOMETIMES, not all the time. In any case, you can add HTTP trackers; search the net and find some. I am using uTorrent...

The main reason BTGuard does not support UDP, is because BTGuard's install instructions tell you to disable UDP; thus it will not work EVER if disabled. I have it enabled, and check the connected IP address ports, and they're all on 1025.

Sometimes the UDP trackers say Working, then go to Connection timed out, other connection errors... Magnet links work like DHT, where it does not use conventional tracking, it uses the HASH and connects to any file it finds that has the same HASH.
