Torrents automatically stopping

Now, I'm not sure if this is a bug or an option that I simply have to turn off or something else (I'm fairly certain it's some sort of bug, since I didn't have this problem on my old computer), but whenever I start to download a torrent, it automatically stops itself. The torrent comes up, says "downloading 0.0%" for a few seconds, and then changes to "stopped." Of course, I can simply go in and press "start," but it's a little annoying to have to do it everytime, and sometimes I find out hours later that my torrent hasn't downloaded because I forgot to manually start it. I went through Preferences, and the closest thing I could find was the "Don't start the download automatically" option in the UI Settings, which has been unchecked the whole time. Has anybody else been experiencing this problem? I'm using the current version of utorrent, by the way.

Stop using magnets or start using 3.2.1 or 3.3
