Help file (f1 or ?) does not correspond to the settings

When setting up the system, if you use f1 or ? from the settings, the help file does not always reflect the options now available in the Option menu.

For example, if i use the ? on Bandwidth - the help file fails to hell me anything about the 'Global Rate Limit' section entirely - I haven't checked every other item in the help file, but I thought it may be an idea to at least make you aware of something which while not at all major or important is just slightly a shame, considering how well everything else is doing.

It does so for me (v 3.2.1) ... make sure you have help file (user manuel) v2.2
