Almost always this is preceded by either internet connectivity problems or very heavy disk activity (neither of which was caused by utorrent). Often, these situations occur without any problem from utorrent (it'll download slower, or complain about unreachable trackers, but still responds to user input). Has anybody else experienced this issue? I know why my internet acts up (cr*ppy router) and why there's heavy disk activity (scanning a video for commercials while it's being recorded), I don't know why utorrent occasionally freaks out about these. ciaobaby Posted September 25, 2012 Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 Preferences -> Advanced -> Disk Cache -> set "Override automatic cache" and set the value to 256.It won't help with connectivity bit it should ease the disk problems.
