Redundant Torrent Auto-load Bug

I am encountering an issue where the torrent file is automatically loaded multiple times. The "Save As" dialogue box repeatedly appears, even after the location has been specified. Frequently, an additional dialogue box appears, prompting to reload the trackers. Is there a fix for this bug?

Issue Details:

- uTorrent 3.1.3 (build 27213) [32-bit]

- uTorrent is set to automatically load .torrents from a specific location

- .torrent file continues to be recognized as new after initial dialogue box loads

- 2 scenarios where redundant dialogue boxes appear:

-- File download location is not yet specified

--- "Save As" dialogue box loads multiple times

-- File download location has been specified

--- "The torrent you are trying to add is already int he list of torrent. Do you want to load the trackers from it?"

--- Select "No" and the issue generally is resolved

--- An additional duplicate dialogue box will appear when nothing is selected
