avullo22
I am getting this message in the status bar.Error: WriteToDisk: Access is denied.I have tried multiple torrents. I restarted the computer. I haven't changed any settings. It was working just last night. Any ideas what it might mean?

cateastrophe
I had this problem and just opened UTorrent as administrator (right click > run as administrator). Works fine now. I don't know why suddenly it started doing that... but I did just install Windows updates that included security essentials and whatnot.

butcher99
Anyone ever find a fix to this? Some of us have tried all the steps here and nothing seems to work. On my system it is intermittent. If I switch the path to another drive it will work then it will quit on another file. Going back to the first drive then works again then quits. This behaviour is new. Up until now it worked continually on the new drive. Frustration does not begin to address the problem.
