uTorrent won't work.

Hi guys, i have a bit of a problem. I looked some videos of how to speed up my download speed on uTorrent, so i found this one video, and the settings worked perfect. At the end of the video it also talked about a program called greedytorrent, after i used it my speed went from 400 to 0 and nothing else is happening. Any ideas of what might have happened?

Those guide videos do NOT actually give you good settings.

Uninstall greedytorrent, delete your settings.dat and settings.dat.old with uTorrent shut down and start over following http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992

Now im at 1-10kb/s, that still low.. Is thr another way to speed it up?
