Clearwire bandwidth throttling?

For a while now, I always wondered why my max DL was only 50 Kb/ps with clearwire ISP. I always thought it was the firewall on my computer and on webroot. I went beyond myself to adjust my settings and nothing ever came from it at all. Then I learned that clearwire throttles bandwidth. So it isn't my computer, it's them. I don't know much about ISP's so I'm not even sure if asking for a way around this is even possible. But is there any possible way at all to fix this throttling issue?

utorrent 3.2.1 BETA

CLEAR 4g wiMAX ISP
