major speed problems

Color me confused, when I was using version 3.2.1 my best download speed was 1.5kb/s, using 3.1.3 that goes up to 54kb/s Obviously I downgraded back to version 3.1.3

I dont get what changed?

Thanks, obviously I browsed that before making my post.

My question stands though, all things being the same.....

why would my downloads be 50 times faster in the older version, doing an install

and not making any changes, just running utorrent right outta the box?

Out of the box, I have changed nothing at all.

Network is working as it should.

Speed guide = upload limit 0.0

connections = 50

max active torrents = 50

upload slots = 4

connections = 200

max active downloads = 10

windows xp

AVG internet security 2013

modem = smartRG

Fairpoint communications (DSL)

I've tried to provide as much info as I can while running version 3.1.3

I do not understand how any of this information matters, if all things are equal, something HAS to of changed going into the newer version 321 from 313

if my download speeds go 50 times faster in the older version, something in the settings has to of been changed when they wrote the newer version, what is that?

Set preferences queueing to:

max active: 2

Max downloads: 1

Bandwidth:

Global Connections: 150

per torrent connections: 40

Upload slots per torrent: 4
