Let's imaging (and don't take care of why it happens) that we have a torrent with broken order of keys in dictionary. It happens so, that utorrent doesn't sort incoming torrent and generates hash from unsorted [info] section, but other clients does. So for the same metainfo file we got different hashes in different clients.I don't know is it bug or feature, but I think this behavior is wrong.
