Can I set up a second version of utorrent on the same machine

and pick which one I want to use?

Reason being is I downloaded straight to my server and right now, the server is down and I need to download a file for someone but I don't want to mess up my other downloads n' stuff.

I have duplicate folders on my computer that I already have on the server so I can just point to those

folders but is this doable and if I find a link a download, how would I pick which version would download it?
