[1.1.5] skipped files & failed hash check

I had a problem w/1 piece failing the hash check. It was piece 636 out of 1357. There were 60 hash check fails with this piece. Here's how Files tab looked at the time of the problem:

First piece # pieces Priority

622 15 skip

636 1 skip

636 1 skip

636 1 skip

636 7 normal

642 26 normal

I figured the problem had something to do w/skip priority so I changed the priority for the skipped 636's to normal. No more hash check fail. So, I think there's a bug here which is significant.

This is a bug, it will be fixed in utorrent 1.1.6. Please don't use the skip files feature until then.

Yes. There is a problem with skipped files. The data stored for the skipped files is corrupt. The non-skipped files should be fine. If you later unskip the files, you should do a hash-recheck afterwards to redownload the corrupt piece(s)
