Red Arrow Question

I am 91% finished downloading a 201GB multi-file torrent. I know that a red, down error means that some type of connection issue occurred. It has been downloading for almost 3 days now and I cannot locate even the folder where it is supposed to be. According to the control panel, it will be done in just over 4 hours. Obviously since it is 91% completed the control panel also shows 100% completion on many of the files.

My questions are all related to: "What exactly does the down arrow mean in this case?"

1. Does it mean that after all this time, I will need to download the who collection again?

2. Should I be seeing at least a folder at this point?

3. Does the red arrow just mean that at some point the connection was lost to some of the files but it is okay now?
