Recovering the lost torrents

Hi,

During my download using a torrent file in utorrent, My system has met with a power failure. When the power failure occurred, the download was about 98%. But when power comes, windows had a file system check and it truncated a file called resume.dat from utorrent directory. Now when I opened the utorrent client after login, I found all the torrents I have downloading was lost and no downloads are listed in the torrent tab of utorrent client. The .torrent file and downloaded data files are with me. how can I download the remaining portion of the file? Please help.

Note: I'm using utorrent client version 3.0
