uTorrent 3.2.1 - Scheduler

I installed uTorrent yesterday, moving away from VUZE primarily because of a better scheduler in uTorrent. But found that the scheduler doesnt work. My ISP is very specific about when usage policies, so i use full speed 00:00 to 6:00 and then need to throttle it down the rest of the day, however, this works fine if I just applied it, this morning it was suppose to throttle down, and it didnt. I also tested the STOP [white], and this doesnt work at all. What am I doing wrong?
