So here is how my problem appear :After a long time of downloading, my computer's screen become blue and show this message : "a problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer".It happend 2 times today when it was downloading, and now i continue the download again for the 3rd time.I would like to know why this problem appear please.
