Do not run any antivirus programs except windows defender that comes with Windows.When I try download a file it would not connect to anyone it says, seeds 0 (11215). Feels like there is a firewall or something?Windows firewall says that utorrent isn’t block, I have added the ports in the router, turned off windows defender.
