Can you somehow turn off the annoying sound when a torrent gets added, and when its completed? I cant find anything about it in the preferences, and it is driving me nuts.

Oh, it was actually Notification Center making the sounds and not uTorrent itself. My bad.

When uTorrent auto adds a torrent, it displays this message in the Mac Notification Center (which is fine) but it shows up twice. Once as "filename.torrent" and then again as "filename.mp4". This causes my Notification Center to fill up with twice as many notifications than needed. I would only need the "filename.mp4" notification. Is there an option I can disable to prevent this from happening?

Mac OSX 10.8.2

uTorrent 1.7.13

After updating to this version, Notification Center is getting filled up with messages of the type "X new RSS Items in feed Y". This tracker is adding new torrents pretty often so this is getting really annoying, and I can't find anywhere in uTorrent (nor Notification Center) to turn off this not very useful information.

I can turn off uTorrent notifications alltogether, but I'd like like to keep the "torrent finished" message.

Thanks.

How can I get back to version 1.7.11 that was the last version I had that didn't freeze up on me after a couple of hours of torrent.

To be clear: The program doesn't freeze but all my torrents stop downloading, and I need to restart the program (I can't just restart the torrents themselves) they still keep showing the same "download speed" while nothing is actually happening had the same issue with the last version.

I get that you do this for free and I don't mean to sound like a whiny b**** I just want my good old version 1.7.11 back.

Is there somewhere I could get it?
