Version 3.2.3 no longer bans own IP? I keep seeing connections to my IP.

I'm not sure this is new... Aren't they being banned after some time?

Nope. It used to get banned on first attempt.

Nothing as serious as mentioned issues just a wired GUI reaction:

when scrolling comments with scroll bar everything is ok but when using mouse wheel...

*THIS* happens... (btw it's on Win7 prof. and build 28705 [32-bit] )

anyone else? or is it environment related.

@Cab0oze: I guess the dialog is going to take less space in the future, maybe even according to the number of items in the file listbox - the truth is that it has some hidden controls atm, so the most possible scenario is that the minimal height of the window is set to the current one (~539px) because of these controls.

Some months ago i've created a draft & a sample application for plans of a new dialog (click here for the post), i don't know if the devs are going to place a similar separator / splitter at the center of the form just like i did - this way the whole dialog would be fully customizable, according to the users needs.

Turn off Local Peer Discovery.

If I remember correctly it's enabled by default, I had it always enabled and it always banned my ip on uTorrent start.

Ok not sure what changed between Friday PM and today (Saturday), but fifteen downloads that have been bumbling along for the better part of six to seven months in various stages from <10% to 70-80% have all come to life and completed in a matter of hours, and for the first time in a long while, I have more green than blue status bars. And only one is a torrent of my own.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with some change in your environment ... More likely a uTorrent bug, making it work much better after the date 14-12-2012...

I've changed nothing at all on my machine.

No MS updates

Two AV updates have were done according to the event log

No reboots

No router firmware updates

No router restarts

Line speeds are as was

DMZ/Firewall hardware logged nothing of interest

to use utorrent remote you connect from another computer to:

the web interface allows you to add a link to a .torrent file, while underneath it asks for "cookie" and there is a blank space for you to enter stuff there. What do I enter? What format does that field want? this is regarding private trackers that require login. the cookie(s) info needs to go into that field or i can't add such a torrent remotely.

the "cookie" field is on utorrent's interface

Yes it is, but the site that REQUIRES the cookie needs to provide the information on how the cookie for THEIR SERVER is constructed.

In this version if we move a file to other location we won't be able to re-seed it again unless we download the entire content again.

Even we download the torrent file again it won't resume after choosing the correct location, it will just starting downloading again.

Just try it, move one file you are seeding to another location and then give the new path to the torrent and you will see the error. If you force the checking torrent will start from 0, if you download the torrent file and try to resume the files it will also start from 0.

I did (v3.2.3) , and it works just fine (both file->relocate & advanced->set DL location). Plus you shouldn't give any new path to any moved file/torrent. It automatically assigns it the new path, which you can see either in the files tab or the info tab.

After moving the file I give the new path in Advanced / Set download location and utorrent always gives me the following error:
