Mtorrent dramatically decrease speed

If I try to download more than one-two Blu Ray remuxes\big rips(3-4 is enough for repro) (more than 10Gb each) my download speed dramatically decrease after short time to about 2-5kb/s for each torrent from 1-2MB/s.

As well after this I'm unable to shoutdown mtorrent quickly - when I press exit process still active in task manager for about few minutes(3-5). When it closes and I run mtorrent again speed increase but have good chance to drop down again in few minutes if I didn't pause few other it will loose speed again.

100% chance of repro - add one new torrent while 2 other are downloading.

Os Version W7 X64, 6Gb. mtorrent version was 3.1.3, update it manually to 3.2.2 but problem still exists. Its not AV-FW problem as I disable it during testing and it still reproduces.

Initial speeds and communications are ALWAYS 'quicker' because there is more communication necessary to locate and connect to available peers.

It takes time to close ALL the active jobs.

2-3Mbs isn't initial speed. it is average speed if I download one-two torrent at same time.

But if I download more torrents at same time, total average speed became about 10kbs!!! it isn't a network problem, it is just a mtorrent problem. Also this problem doesn't reproduce if I download 10 small torrents(dvdrips for example)

Also product stop recognise commands. for example I press pause on one torrent, but it still downloading at 2-3kbs for a while.and then I've restart mtorrent - it will be in running state instead of paused.
