Updating trackers?

I posted before but got nowhere. I have updated utorrent and after a day it stops working. Basically when I add a torrent it does not properly load the trackers ( taken me a while to figure this out)

When I look at the trackers tab it shows as 'updating" and stays that way. The same happens for all that I have in the completed section for seeding.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall utorrent and reload (the same) torrents and it instantly works again. I then have to reload all torrents to continue seeding.

Why is this happening every day? It makes no sense that reinstalling the program solves the problem. And then the next day it is back
