problem with trackers connection ?

I recently notice that (udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80) and (udp://tracker.ccc.de:80) are always offline (connection timed out ) ...i don't know why they aren't work ? ,however I forwarded a port ages ago and it's properly configured ...I am using uTorrent 3.2 for Xp SP3 ... so could you please help me with this problem ? ...I am really confused ...

Or Simply ..those trackers are down for a while and then they will be back online

NOTE: (udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80) sometimes works with me but after Forcing Encryption and Updating the tracker then ...but I am not sure that Forcing Encryption is the reason for this

I am a first time user of torrent and after 6 hours downloading a big file I got the following message and it stopped.

"Error files missing from job"

What can I do? Do I have to start all over?

Or are you confusing total established connections with half open connections?

What internet security software do you have installed?

yeah ...my tcp connections are limited because of xp ....and i am using the latest version of nod smart security

Your total number of fully established connections however is NOT affected by that, so it is irrelevant.

Have you made sure to attempt to remove and re-add the exceptions for uTorrent in NOD?

I tried pinging the tracker (tracker.ccc.de ) and i received replies ...so it's working but i don't know what's wrong with me ....i read the link in post 3 but (tracker.ccc.de) is not one of those tracker .isn't it ?

udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80 is working now fine ...but the problem still with udp://tracker.ccc.de:80 ...is it not available in my country (Egypt)
