Featured Torrent?

So I get the message that a new 'stable' version of uTorrent is ready. This makes me think it might be something we need and necessary. Now I can't figure out how to get rid of the "Featured Torrent" bar across the top of my GUI. It doesn't look like it was anything we needed at all.

Can anyone help me get rid of this? Thank you.
