ciaobaby Posted December 4, 2012 Report Posted December 4, 2012 ISSUE: .torrent file with spaces or hyphens '-' in filename fail to load and throws an Unable to load "[word].torrent": The system cannot find the file specified.!The name is parsed and each word or character block is treated as a seperate filename and an error occurs for each one.VERSION: 3.4.28659 AlphaOS:Windows 7 Ultimate SP1CONDITIONS:Filename with a space or a hyphen used as a word seperatorTRIGGER ACTIONS:Open .torrent file from local disc with Double clickRC tile -> OpenSelect file -> Enter/ReturnSend file from browser (any) to uTorrent.Drag and drop onto desktop iconIssue does not occur from:GUI File -> OpenGUI Ctrl+ODrag and drop file onto open GUI
zevel Posted April 19, 2013 Report Posted April 19, 2013 Happens with latest Firefox but not with IEThe .torrent gets saved to the temp directory but utorrent thinks that the space is a separator.Running the .torrent directly from the temp directory works
