MophixHD Posted December 4, 2012 Report Share Posted December 4, 2012 Just under a month ago I posted this thread: https://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=127220 because I was having trouble reinstalling uTorrent. I am now having problems again as I am unable to update uTorrent! Everytime I try to I get this error message: http://i1336.photobucket.com/albums/o649/MophixHD/Untitled-1.jpg And when I do try to update it manually I get the same problems as I had in my previous thread. I am unsure whether I should make another settings.dat because I do not want to lose all of my settings/preferences (or is there a file which contains them which I could put in the possible new uTorrent folder?).Can anybody advise what I should do?Thanks in advance!Note: My current uTorrent is not "installed" as it did not install when I done the other fix, all of it's stuff is in a folder in C:\Program Files (x86) where it runs from there.
