Etevarran
Hi, I've been using the search box to search on kat.ph, but now it doesn't work anymore, because of its URL structure. The issue is that their new search URL ends with a slash rather than the search term (http://kat.ph/usearch/searchterm/ ), and it worked only when it ended with the search term. I noticed there have been people asking for a wildcard to put in the middle of the search engine URL to solve this very issue (since the old %s doesn't work anymore), but no one replied to them. I tried adding common html wildcards in the middle of the slashes but I just can't get it to work properly. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. That's actually the way that kat.ph have their URL rewrites setup, you really need to be complaining to them about it.

ciaobaby
Actually they need to fix their system. The trailing slash of a HTTP request is not a mandatory requirement for the protocol, and URIs that do NOT have a trailing slash should be handled as an internal redirect (with a 302 response code) by the server. The fact that their system does not handle the missing trailing slash correctly is THEIR problem NOT everyone else's.
