rafi Posted December 9, 2012 Report Share Posted December 9, 2012 I'm having instances of uTorrent bypassing the Global Upload Limit set. After adjusting your settings per my settings example file, try and check the "apply rate limit to overhead". Also, try w/o a download limit, see if there is a possible issue there.
