I have successfully been downloading at a steady rate of 2.8mbps for the past several months. All of a sudden I cannot get above 590kbps no matter what I do. The really odd thing is that my speedtest.net results appear normal.-My port forwarding is set up properly. I did try changing ports, router channels, and my ip address. -I've done the obvious reboots, computer and router.-I'm not behind a firewall.-I've updated to latest version of uTorrent as well as the build that my tracker recommends.-I've even tried testing to see if my ISP is throttling me, which it isn't.I can't think of much else to try. beachcomber Posted December 13, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 13, 2012 Here are my most recent speedtest results.I should mention the morning after I posted the first message, my speed went up to 1.3mbps and has been consistent but I haven't been able to reach my usual 2.8mbps since.
