Can not reinstall utorrent after uninstall - program is working though

Hi all.

I have an odd problem with my utorrent.

It started with the known "torrent already in list" problem. At this point I didn't know of the work around (got that fixed already thanks to this forum). So I uninstalled my utorrent to see if this would help.

I downloaded the lastest version of utorrent (build 28705) and tried a reinstall. But instead of installing, the program itself popped up. Even after rebooting. I just can't install the program, though I'm able to run and use it. Seems I have created some sort of portable utorrent by mistake.

I just don't get it? What am I doing wrong? Any help please? I'm running Win7 x64.
