Poor Uploading Speed

Could anyone help. My download speed is fine no probs only thing is my uploading peaks at 40K/bs and averages about 30 is this normal or is there something i can do to help

Indeed, we're not psychics, so we can't answer that question unless you actually tell us what your connection speed is in the first place. If you don't know, then try using the speed tester from the Speed Guide. Make sure you're not using your connection in any other way when testing.

Pretty disappointed that of the 3 replies to my request for help 2 of those smacked of sarcasm

i'm what you would call a newby and don't know much regards torrents. After i asked for help i then read the guide on up/downloading and tried everything i could manage to work out but results the same. My connection is 2mb broadband. Is my 30/40kb normal???

And your connection speed has two parts. You only quoted the download.
