Can't add any new torrent

So, for two days now, i haven't been able to add any new torrent, no matter what i do, and i didn't change anything on µtorrent.

Im using v 3.2.3.

And will you be giving us any clues as to what is, or what isn't happening, when you do whatever it is that you are doing to add torrent jobs.
