transfer cap features

hi guys..

my isp connection has a peak and off peak usage rate/ time ie. 200gb peak(0900-0100) and 200gb offpeak (0100-0900)

i use scheduler and transfer cap extensively but is there a way to make utorrent transfercap feature work with the scheduler e.g during offpeak period cap at xx gig..

as far as i can see the transfer cap currently only works for a total 24hr period
