IP Forwarding

Hi!

In the beginning i wanna say that my english is pretty bad and i hope you'll understand and help me solve this problem i have with ip forwarding!

i have Windows XP SP2 (with disabled firewall !) , a Thomson Speedtoutch 546 ADSL modem,and 1 Mbit Internet Conection and when i download with utorrent i get a speed betwen 0 and 10 kB/s only.

When i test if port is forwarded properly i get this message:

Error! Port 34834 does not appear to be open.

So i red all ip forwarding guides and when i had to choose what kind of modem i have i found only Thomson/Alcatel SpeedTouch 545 (i have 546) and i followed all the steps and logged on to my router but it has a diffrent kind of Menu and i can't find anything like this "Click the Advanced link near the left side of the page.You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click NAPT."

I looked all over the menus but i didn't found NAPT Settings.What should i do??Is there any other way so i can set Inside Ip and Outside Ip?Can anybody help me?
