Moving file functionality does not fully work as it should be

Utorrent 3.2.3 Final version

The moving file function of utorrent when finished downloads to new destination, let say store download in Folder_A and after finished downloading, move to Folder_B does not fully work in these situations:

1, If the user right-click and choose [stop] when status download 100% or seeding. Then the file sometime still in store folder, not in destination folder. (Provided that the file is large enough, utorrent busy with moving files).

2, Sometime, after restarting the utorrent. The file is till in storing folder.
