Unreachable Add New Torrent dialog

This might be the same problem as this post: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=128926

However, as I found the exact cause and solution for my case, I want to open a new threat for this problem.

The environment:

Windows 8 x64

uTorrent 3.3 (build 29010)

Dual monitors

The issue:

I was using uTorrent 3.2.3.

When I click on a .torrent file, it will bring up uTorrent if it is not opened, but the Add New Torrent dialog doesn't show up.

When I close the uTorrent window right away, I can see the Add New Torrent dialog if I press Alt + Tab on the keyboard.

I tried update the program to build 29010 but the problem was still there.

My solution:

After I click on a .torrent file (or magnet link), simply press Alt then Space to bring up the menu of the dialog, select "move" and press some arrow keys.

How to reproduce the problem:

Have the dialog last showed on the right monitor. And then rearranged the monitor setup in "Screen resolution" from [ 1 | 2 ] to [ 2 | 1 ].

After that, the issue happens again until applying the solution above or rearrange the monitor setup to the original position.

Suggestion:

Check the position of the Add New Torrent dialog when it is opened to see if it is out of screen to avoid this situation.
