where can i download new beta versions?

and chanlogs of course.i was trying to post and

updated version threadsin a forum i'm surfing only

to discoverd thet there are many new versions all of a sudden

starting from build 453 to build 454 to i'v now found build 456 and i

can't post any update thread without good and reliable source

thet would tell me what are new changes and of course the full

changelog list including build 455 and 456 so is any one can help me?

Some people post it with 208.99.198.134 (which is our server) because not everyone's DNS has propagated, so they still get the old server.

It's an SSL test version, so I wouldn't suggest using it unless you're testing SSL, since it could have a bunch of new bugs. But it might not, so who knows. I'm using it without issues, personally.
