Do not prompt before closing when there's no active torrents.

You can currently set uTorrent to never prompt you before closing, or to always prompt you before closing. It's nice to have uTorrent prompt you when you have active torrents, but it's redundant when you do not have any.

So it would be nice if uTorrent will skip the "are you sure" prompt when it doesn't have any torrents, but have it continue to prompt you when it does.
