elfin Posted February 6, 2013 Report Share Posted February 6, 2013 Observed within the details pane of my utorrent client, peer ip's switch between ipv4 and ipv6 at approximately 60 sec. intervals. Each time this occurs the data flow abruptly stops and then only slowly builds until the next switch. this problem may last for days before retuning to normal behaviour. What can i do to prevent it? Please don't suggest net.disable_incoming_ipv6 set to true, because that has no effect. Note: What i call normal behaviour is when peers may show as either ipv4, ipv6 or temporarily both at once, but the data flow is not interrupted.
