Flyer
So, by the looks of it, cache fills up and utorrent hangs.Happens when I download few big torrents at the same time. utorrent process just gets to bit more than 1,8gb of ram usage, cpu usage by process goes to 0 and it hangs. I hardly like this kinda of behavior so help in resolving it would be nice.Below is screenshot of cache settingsVersion of utorrent is 3.1.3 as you can see from screenshot above. Flyer
wasn't max memory usage by 32bit application equal to 3gb? 1,8 is far from 3. And if this was the case, why utorrent itself allows to set it to 1800(this is max it allows)?

Flyer
1,8 is still under 2gb. and then again, if 1,8 is amount that will crash app for sure, why allow it?
ciaobaby
In computing K=1024 NOT 1000.
Flyer
lol, just lol. ofc I know that. And how is that related to my question? why knowingly allow something that will crash app?and let's say I will reduce it to 1600mb. Think it will fix the problem? I doubt
