ayoaudil Posted March 4, 2013 Report Share Posted March 4, 2013 when i originally downloaded utorrent, i was asked something about seeding, i accidentally selected the option that had a warning against it something about other peers penalizing me. Now, my downloads won't seed. ive tried uninstalling and redownloading utorrent but it skips that part during subsequent installations. what can i do to fix this?
