VPN uTorrent conflict; does not log in

I, yesterday, subscribed to a VPN firm, and am not able to download torrents.

I followed the guidance at ...

netsh interface ipv6 set privacy state=disable

netsh interface ipv6 6to4 set state state=disabled

netsh interface ipv6 isatap set state state=disabled

netsh interface ipv6 set teredo disabled

Was successful; had no problem.

Then, rebooted and re-opened uTorrent ... and am getting the same response... DHT: Waiting to login.

Anyone have any idea on how to overcome the conflict between VPN and uTorrent???
