User Not Found

After installing/activating uTorrent Remote on a new PC, I can not login to Remote after about 5 minutes from any device. On the host machine, it shows that uTorrent Remote is accessible however when I attempt to login from a remote device I get an Error 400 - User Not Found. I have tried a new ID and forwarding ports, but nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas?

HTTP 400 response would indicate that you are using an incorrect username. make sure there are no stray spaces at the ends of the name.

As far as I can tell there aren't any spaces or errant characters. I am able to log in if I do it within 5 minutes or so of registering my ID. After about 5 minutes, I start getting the error 400.

That would suggest the name is not being saved.

Client version and build?

Have you checked the log for remote status updates?

uTorrent for Mac v1.8.2 build 29019 and I'm not exactly sure where the logs are stored. I'll see if I can find them.

So I found where there is a log on the Mac client, but it doesn't show a whole lot. I am getting the following:

This is in the log when uTorrent starts up. After start-up, I am able to connect 1 time. If I logout and attempt to log back in, I get an error 400.
