blabla2 Posted March 11, 2013 Report Share Posted March 11, 2013 my isp speed is low on upload,i`m getting low downloads because when i download on 5MB/s my global upload jump to 170KB/s when my utorrent upload is low as 6KB/sis there a setting which my upload will be lower when i download ?thanks in advance.
